We’re really excited to share that Head Chef Fred Clapperton will be taking part at The Big Retreat Festival this year, leading a cookery demo on the Chef’s Kitchen stage.
The Big Retreat is a four day adventure and wellbeing festival in The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, offering a feel good getaway and a chance to reboot from the daily grind. Voted one of the top 5 wellbeing and adventure festivals in the UK by The Guardian, it’s the perfect place to get back into nature and explore and enjoy activities, including wild swimming, cookery demos, yoga, fitness, talks, self care workshops, bushcraft, foraging, arts and craft and even gin and organic wine workshops.
Fred’s cooking demo takes place on Sunday 4th June, sharing one of his much loved recipes from Coast restaurant. See the full schedule here.

Restaurant: Lunch 12pm – 2pm / Dinner 6:30pm – 8:45pm
Coast is closed between all lunch and dinner services.
Teras Bar is open 12pm – 7pm throughout the summer (weather permitting)
