Ancre Hill Wine Dinner

This February, we’re delighted to share that we’ll be inviting the makers from Ancre Hill Estate to host a fabulous wine dinner here at Coast.
Head Chef Fred Clapperton has created a wonderful 7 course tasting menu, and our Sommelier Mattia Ivaldi has paired each course beautifully with a wine from the Ancre Hill estate.
Established over a decade ago by Richard and Joy Morris, Ancre Hill Estates is a progressive and sustainable winery based in Monmouthshire. Driven by a strong organic and biodynamic ethos, Ancre Hill produces outstanding still and sparkling wines from 12 hectars of south-facing vineyards, close to the border town of Monmouth and the Wye Valley.
Today, Ancre Hill is at the forefront of the British wine scene and is a true Welsh gem.
