Will Holland’s Last Supper

In honour of Will Holland leaving Coast Restaurant in October, we would like to say a huge thank you to Will for a fabulous three and a half years.  In celebration of his time with us, we are hosting an exciting evening for our guests on Sunday 1st October showcasing a delicious 6 course tasting menu of Will’s favourite signature dishes from his menus at Coast.

Tasting Menu :

Fish + shellfish bisque, scallop tortellini, aioli


Danny Dash’s Little Haven picked crab, mango salsa, fishcake, wasabi yoghurt


Confit rabbit ballotine, pea + carrot salad, tarragon emulsion, toasted brioche


Pan-fried turbot fillet, buttered samphire, truffle mash, lobster cream sauce


Chicken – roasted breast + crispy thigh, butternut squash + passionfruit, gingerbread


Liquorice panna cotta, dark chocolate + beetroot brownie, blackcurrants, beetroot ice cream

£65 per person, arrival 7pm.
