Friday 30th June 2017 – Arrival 7pm, sit down 7.30pm.
We are blessed to have the sea a few meters in front of the restaurant! Chef Will Holland will create a tasting menu celebrating the best fish and shellfish caught and landed locally.
The evening will comprise of a 5 course tasting menu and a cocktail on arrival – please note this will be the only menu available on the evening.
Crispy-fried cockles, chilli vinegar
Caldey Island lobster bisque, truffle oil, tarragon
Torched mackerel fillet, Pembrokeshire new potato mousse, pickled rhubarb
Danny Dash’s Little Haven crab risotto, tomato + broad bean salsa
Sole + scallop mousseline paupiette, Boulangere potato, smoked haddock sauce
Lemongrass panna cotta, basil poached peach, meringue, basil + peach granite
The night is £75 with a cocktail on arrival.
Deposit of £20 per person, on booking.
